LOS ANGELES – Fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander, who has worked with such celebrities as Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige, was convicted yesterday of sexually assaulting seven girls and women, some of them aspiring models lured to Los Angeles with promises of jobs and luxury hotel stays.
Celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon was convicted on multiple charges of sexual assault on young would-be models. Jon, 34, a rising designer who had dressed socialite Paris Hilton and singer Janet Jackson before his arrest last year, was found guilty on 16 criminal counts.
